How does one transform and modernize a large, complex transportation and logistics organization?
The demand for faster delivery has significantly increased more than ever. Customers expect their packages to be delivered on-time and within budget. Due to outdated legacy systems, the team had to come up with strategic ideas in order to meet the long-term plan.

My Role
As a Lead Product Manager of 8 cross-functional teams, I was responsible for ensuring the enterprise's roadmap was regularly updated.
I collaborated closely with Lead Product Managers, Engineers, Testers, and Project Managers from various product companies. My goal was to ensure everyone's voice on the team was heard. I did this by implementing effective team building techniques and strategies by utilizing human centered design approaches. My day-to-day activities also included interacting with key business stakeholders to discuss the product vision and goals while also looking at areas of improvement.

I recommended tools that boosted efficiency and productivity by 50%, and provided feedback and advice on improving the website's performance during team demos.
