How do we measure digital audiences on one of football's biggest nights?

Every year, the biggest football event brings in millions of viewers from all over the world. For the first time ever, our team was tasked to provide key, data analytical insights on viewers. We had to turnaround quickly so that our customer could leverage the data and information to advertisers.

My Role

We were also working on another high-visibility project at the time, but we prioritized this one because it was essential for driving new partnerships.

As a Technical Project Manager, I worked closely with Engineering, Product, and various Department heads. Once I figured out each team member's goal, I would then define the overall project's goal, objectives and allocate resources.

During my time as a TPM, I learned how to write user stories and technical documentation. 

​

Additionally, I analyzed and tracked performance metrics. 

​

I also planned team building events for 500+ members.
